Who Should Have A Business License?
Every
business should have a city business license posted in plain view
Every person
doing work in the city should have a business license, unless it is their own
property and they don’t operate a business, during a remodel (then also a
building permit).
If business
has to have state license, they must bring those in at the time of purchase
(i.e. roofers, home builders, alcohol, locksmith (roofers work over $2,500,
home builders more than $10,000, and commercial more than $50K)).
